Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Please note that international shipping may be subject to customs delays.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • P.O. Boxes: Ortoheal.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, expedited or priority shipping options may not be available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may take longer due to military mail handling.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Tracking Updates: You can track the status of your order through the tracking link provided in your Shipment Confirmation email.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: Ortoheal.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Customs Delays: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

6. Damages

  • Damaged Items: Ortoheal.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
  • Claims: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Responsibility: Ortoheal.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to report the issue.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Restricted Items: Certain products may be subject to restrictions on shipping due to local laws, regulations, or carrier policies. We will notify you if we are unable to ship an item to your location.
